Tips and hints for starting the Master's program Traffic and Transport

Dear prospective students,

We are very pleased to welcome you to the Master's Program of Traffic and Transport at the TU Darmstadt. To ensure a smooth start, you will find some useful tips followingly:

• Please check your letter of admission and familiarize yourself with the department through which you have been accepted.
• It is advisable to create an overview of the modules you would like to take each semester at the beginning of your studies. Take into account any additional modules you may have received, as well as the frequency of the modules offered. The supporting document, to be found here , can be of great help.
• Fill out your Personal Study and Examination Plan, which you can download here . Take into account the deadlines given in the document.
• For your studies you will need certain technical hard- and software (laptop, webcam, etc.). The TU Darmstadt offers a wide range of tools like free software or campus licenses. You can find them here.
• Further general information about starting your studies at the TU Darmstadt can be found here.
• You will get the chance to receive specific information about the organization and the course of your Master's program as well as the possibility to get in contact with your future fellow students at the digital introductory event. The meeting takes place a few weeks before the start of the semester. The date will be announced on this website.
